Back-Orders & Stock-Outs
OrangeArt will contact you if there is a problem with stock-outs or a manufacturing issue that affects your order being shipped in a timely manner. We would be happy to cancel the back-order if you wish to do so. Back-orders are shipped free.
Web Site Accuracy
The color you see on our website will vary by monitor. As a result, we cannot guarantee the product will be identical to the digital representation. If the content on our site contains typographical errors, we apologize. In the event you have ordered a product with incorrect pricing or details listed on our site we will call or email you before we proceed with the order process. We would be happy to cancel your order if you wish.
Return Policy
Return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund by the payment method you used on your order.
Return Due to Damage/Defects
Call or email us within 30 days if you have received damaged/defective product. We will replace the product and ship you it to you at no charge.
