Should you call us after working hours, please leave your name, number and email. We will call you the next business day.

Back-Orders & Stock-Outs

We promise to let you know if there is a problem with stock-outs or a  manufacturing issue that affects your order being shipped iin a timely manner. We will notify you by email or phone within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We would be happy to cancel the back-order if you wish to do so. Back-orders are shipped free.

Web Site Accuracy
The colors you see on our website will vary by monitor. As a result, we cannot guarantee the product will be identical to the digital representation. If the content on our site contains typographical errors, we apologize. In the event you have ordered a product with incorrect pricing or details listed on our site we will call or email you before we proceed with the order process. We would be happy to cancel your order if you wish.

Return Policy
Should you not be happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of ship date for a full refund by the payment method you used on your order.

Return Due to Damage/Defects
Please call or email us immediately if you have received damaged/defective product. We will replace the product and credit you $10 for your shipping and handling when we receive the damaged product back at the OrangeArt Store.
